Zombie Circus is finally finished!

For over 10 years I have been working on an illustrated book called "Zombie Circus" and now it's finally finished. I like to describe it as a children's book for adults. 40 pages of zombies, Voodoo and a love story.

The book also has an introduction by the talented and generous artist William Stout ( )

Books should arrive some time in January check the web site for updates:

I will offer a regular and limited edition (Limited includes a silk screen print).

This is a photo of the hand made mock up I assembled to send to the printer as a guide.

10 Years in a Row!

For the tenth year in a row I have won an award from the magazine Graphic Design USA. The winner for the 2013 American Graphic Design Awards is a silk screen print (called "One Life") designed and printed for the charity "Off the Mat, Into the World."

A charity started to help free women from sexual slavery in India.

Designed for and art directed by my good friend (and former coworker) Caroline H. Mankey.
Caroline is an intellectual property lawyer at Cypress, LLP and can be found at the following link:

The print appears both online:  (select Trained Eye Graphics)
It also appears in the November / December issue of "Graphic Design USA" magazine on page 197

New Photos!

Over the years I've made a lot of art and taken a number of photos that never see the light of day. So at least once a month I'll post a couple pictures from that work.

Starting with a recent photo shoot with the wonderful NecroWolfie.

At least the stove and refrigerator that had to be replaced didn't go to waste...
